Now that the total madness of the holidays is firmly situated in the rearview mirror, it’s time to reevaluate your health and really take the time to focus on what makes you feel good. Do you have achy joints? Is your energy level low? Then, fuel it with nutritious plant-based foods to regulate your diet and get you back to feeling your absolute best. Whether you took a short break from your vegan meal plan over the past couple of months or you’re brand new to the plant-based lifestyle (check out our vegan starter guide!), trying some new recipes will give you the determination you need to make 2015 your best year yet. That’s why we decided to round up our most popular vegan recipes of 2014 and bundle them together in one tidy blog post. Serve yourself a slice (or two) for a hearty breakfast. This can easily be made with a gluten-free pasta. Make your own almond flour by blending up some almonds in a coffee grinder or food processor. Pair with some whole-wheat pasta and marinara from scratch. The cinnamon and blackberries are a divine flavor combination.
