How do you like to use this fruit? Chickpea Avocado Mash on Toast2 servings1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 celery stock, chopped1 tbsp green onion, minced2 tbsp fresh dill, minced1 avocado, diced2 tbsp ume vinegar4 slices of sprouted bread, toastedMash ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, or pulse to combine in a food processor. Add the beans, and peach, and serve. Pineapple Avocado Smoothie1 serving1 cup coconut water1 cup pineapple1/2 avocado1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juicePlace all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
