Zach Spuckler Leave a Comment I had thought about creating a few recipes this week, but then I realized that I had to take a second to share the fact that The No Fuss Vegan JUST turned 3 months! I’ve created an eCookBook with 5 Recipes that will please even the pickiest (and non-vegan) eaters! I created a 3 Week Plant Based Program that a few people are currently trying out with me! Recipes have been featured on some crazy awesome sites like Food Gawker, Tastespotting, and Finding Vegan! BEST of all – I’ve met some INCREDIBLE people like you who are creating a happier, healthier world! How’s the Photography Coming? I also thought it would be fun to show you this, it’s a side by side of my FIRST ever No Fuss Vegan Recipe and the most recent recipe that I shared – I think it’s safe to say that I’m starting to understand how to take pictures of food haha! I’m not sure about you guys – but I think that that pizza looks like 100x times more appetizing then the soup!  Who would have thought that getting a nice camera and learning about how photography and lighting works could make that big of a difference in how food looks! I also decided to share some of the BEST vegan recipes to date!  I have noticed that you guys seem to really love when I highlight some of the best stuff that I’ve been working on based on what you guys have had to say!  It’s a simple blend of asian cuisine and healthy vegan eating – who needs orange chicken!  I’ve used it on pizza, pasta dishes, even tossed it with some veggies and it’s delicious!  I even made it with a soy chorizo pasta last week and I thought I had died and gone to heaven!
