There’s nothing like a healthy smoothie to start the day on a positive note. If you have a hand-held blender, add half the almond milk, blend a bit and then add the remaining almond milk. That way you’ll get a better result. 2.- Place in glasses with a few ice cubes and enjoy!! If you like things a bit sweeter, try adding 1 tablespoon honey or 4 dates to the mix.
